Commercial cum Residential project in Rahata. The space provided was comparatively small and the demands of the client slightly surpassed its space requirements. Nevertheless, the building surpassed the clients’ expectations. The building’s main forte is its planning. At the same time, the Architectural Design was exactly as much as in focus as the planning part. All in all, the space was utilised to its core and stood its ground.
